Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within residential environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued. The Housekeeper will play a vital part in ensuring our clients' spaces are hygienic, welcoming, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
To be able to complete simple DIYs around the residential home(e.g being able to assemble a bed/table)
Change and wash bed linens and make beds to ensure a neat appearance
Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces regularly
Restock and organise supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed ( Cleaning Allowance will be given to buy necessary cleaning supplies)
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests courteously and promptly
Supervise and Contact specialists with approval to be able to fix damages within the residential home

Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and efficiently within designated timeframes
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends/Bank Holidays if required
Being able to Travel to the location with ease preferably with a car however not essential
