Key Responsibilities

As a care at home support worker, you will:

Provide person‑centred support to individuals in their daily activities
Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
Maintain accurate and professional care records
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
Work flexibly as part of a committed team
Work with support plans, risk assessments, and policies
Assist with medication administration

About You

Caring, patient, and reliable
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and commitment
Previous experience in care or support is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
