Job Introduction
As a Neighbourhood Manager at A2Dominion, no two days are the same. You'll be out in the community, building relationships with residents, carrying out estate inspections and taking ownership of a varied neighbourhood portfolio. From supporting vulnerable residents and resolving anti-social behaviour to working with contractors and partner agencies. You'll play a key role in creating safe, well-managed communities where people can thrive.
This is a varied and rewarding mobile role covering communities across Berkshire, Swindon and Oxfordshire. You'll spend much of your time out in our neighbourhoods, balancing customer service with problem-solving while working independently and collaborating with colleagues across the business. You'll need to be confident making decisions, managing complex situations and communicating with a wide range of people, always keeping our customers at the heart of what you do.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building positive relationships and making a genuine difference in local communities, we'd love to hear from you.
A Standard DBS check is required for this role. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
