Painters and decorators required for Leeds/Bradford and surrounding areas
We are a well established family run painting and decorating company looking to expand our team, we're looking for skilled workers to come and work with us carrying out both domestic and commercial painting and decorating works.
You must have a valid UK driving license and your own vehicle to travel to the relevant job locations, have good communication skills and work well individually as well as being part of a team to achieve the works outlined for each job.
*At least 3 years experience

*MUST Be able to drive and have their own transport

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality. The Painter will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to various projects across residential and commercial properties.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organised throughout the painting process.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong painting skills with a keen eye for detail and colour matching.
- Ability to drive to different locations as needed for job assignments.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
