Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Provide attentive and courteous service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Assist in setting up tables, organising service stations, and restocking supplies as required.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, promoting repeat business.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or over.
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards and alcohol licensing regulations is advantageous.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer care.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Friendly demeanour with good communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. This role offers an engaging working environment where your interpersonal skills can shine while providing excellent service to our valued guests. Pay: £13.00 per hour
