Marketing & Administration Assistant (Temporary Contract)

About Us

We are a small, family-run print business looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help support and promote our growing business.

Initially, this position will be offered on a temporary contract. As the business continues to grow, we will review the role, contract terms, and working hours with the potential for increased opportunities in the future.

The Role

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping to market our business and support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and updating our social media platforms.
Creating engaging social media content and promotional posts.
Assisting with basic graphic design and content creation.
Helping to promote the business and increase brand awareness.
Answering telephone enquiries professionally and courteously.
Taking customer orders and processing information accurately.
Providing general administrative support as required.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

Good computer skills.
Confidence using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.

Desirable

Experience in marketing, social media management, or administration.
Basic graphic design skills using software such as Canva or similar.
Previous customer service experience.

Please note that experience and qualifications are desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are enthusiastic, willing to learn, and eager to contribute to a small business environment.
