Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Approved Electricians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects, mostly industrial. No domestic. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a strong background in electrical work who are committed to delivering high-quality service.

Duties

Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and technical standards.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and power tools to identify faults efficiently.
Conduct routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent future failures.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and clients to plan and execute electrical projects effectively.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools specific to electrical work.
Demonstrable electrical experience with a solid understanding of wiring systems, circuit breakers, and safety protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Valid electrical licence or certification as recognised by local regulations is essential.
Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
