Location: 8 High Street, Launceston, Cornwall PL15 8ER GBR
Hours per Week: 39 hours
️Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum

The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to:

Recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you’ll need to succeed

Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years
Passion for customer service & sales.
Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)

As part of your preparation, you'll need to complete a SWOT analysis of the store you are applying to. You can do this at a time that works best for you before your interview.

The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also present your SWOT analysis, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your retail knowledge.
