Ready to make a real impact while working somewhere genuinely different?
At Burdon Grange, we’re not your typical care home—we’re a vibrant, supportive, and forward-thinking community. We provide specialist care for adults aged 18+ living with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, and acquired brain injuries, helping each individual live life to the fullest.
Every resident here is unique, with their own personality, sense of humour, and goals—and we’re proud to work together as a team to help them achieve their potential.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Highampton, Beaworthy, our home is full of warmth, energy, and compassion. Our incredible multidisciplinary team—including carers, physiotherapists, nurses, hydration assistants, domestics, and activity coordinators—work side by side to make every day meaningful and fulfilling for our residents.
We truly celebrate individuality, and we’re proud to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that respects each resident’s choices, dignity, and independence. Our team is trusted to make a difference—every interaction matters.
We’re looking for people who bring genuine warmth, positivity, and a passion for helping others. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we’ll support you every step of the way with training, development, and encouragement to grow.
