Digital Content Creator, Marketing Assistant & Beach Lover
Lusty Glaze Beach is looking for a creative, switched-on digital storyteller to join our team in our little slice of Cornish paradise.
This is no ordinary role. You’ll be at the heart of our brand’s digital presence, bringing Lusty Glaze to life online through standout content, scroll-stopping visuals, and beautifully crafted storytelling.
From dreamy beach weddings and live music moments to morning coffee with a sea view and sunset cocktails, you’ll turn everything we do into content that captivates, connects, and converts.
This is a full-time, year-round role, and while the rhythm is mostly Monday to Friday, we’ll need someone who can be flexible beyond the usual 9 - 5, because around here, some of the best content happens during golden hour when the sun is setting…
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating high-quality photo & video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube + more
- Designing eye-catching graphics and on-brand visuals that elevate our digital identity
- Writing engaging, personality-filled copy that feels unmistakably “Lusty”
- Owning and executing a consistent social media schedule with daily posts and interactions
- Keeping our website fresh, inspiring and up to date as the business evolves
- Exploring and embracing AI tools in a creative, thoughtful way, using them to enhance ideas, streamline workflows, and push content to the next level (without ever losing the human touch)
- Spotting trends before they peak and weaving them into our content strategy
- Supporting the wider team when needed, because beach life is beautifully unpredictable
You’ll thrive in this role if you…
- Live and breathe social media, digital trends, and emerging tech
- Have a natural flair for graphic design and visual storytelling
- Are excited by the idea of blending creativity with smart tools to create standout content
- Know your way around tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Canva + WordPress on both Mac OS & Windows based systems
- Are as confident writing clever captions as you are creating stunning visuals
- Are proactive, creative, and full of ideas you can’t wait to bring to life
Bonus points if you’ve got…
- Experience in events, hospitality or tourism
- Skills in Video shooting/editing, or drone content creation
- An eye for detail and a love of content that feels effortlessly cool

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
