About the Opportunity
We’re looking for two professional, customer-focused people to help launch the new Camborne Banking Hub.
Operated by Post Office on behalf of Cash Access UK, the Banking Hub provides everyday banking services for customers of many of the UK’s major banks, ensuring local people, charities and businesses continue to have access to face-to-face banking services.

As a Customer Banking Representative, you’ll become someone customers rely upon, delivering a safe, welcoming and dependable service while handling everyday banking transactions with care, accuracy and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing cash and cheque deposits
- Handling cash withdrawals and bill payments
- Providing professional, approachable and welcoming face-to-face customer service
- Handling cash accurately and securely
- Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures
- Supporting customers with everyday banking enquiries
- Working alongside visiting Community Bankers from participating banks
- Helping maintain a professional and welcoming environment for every customer
- Working collaboratively within a small team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Banking Hub

The successful candidate will:

- Be willing to learn new systems, procedures and ways of working
Previous banking, Post Office or cash-handling experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. Full training will be provided.

- 27.5 contracted hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- No evening or weekend working
- Opportunities for additional paid hours to provide cover for annual leave, training and staff absence
