We require a Concrete Mixer Driver required to be part of a small team running 4 and 6 wheel mixers from our St.Day yard. No previous experience of Concrete Mixers required as full training will be given. Hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime/saturdays when required. Vehicle cleaning and some yard duties also required.
3 month probationary period at £14.00/hr rising to £14.50/hr after successful completion. Generous overtime rate of 1.5x basic.
Candidates must be punctual, show due care and attention for the vehicles and be polite to customers when making deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Category C Licence
- Current CPC card
- Strong driving skills, particularly in commercial driving
- Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new driving environments
- Commitment to safety and compliance with transportation regulations
