As one of the largest breeders of insects for commercial purposes, Monkfield Nutrition have experienced significant growth over the last 3 years. We have a large diverse and friendly site in Mepal near Ely and need to strengthen our already strong teams with like-minded individuals who want to grow and develop with our business, we are therefore in need of Full Time Warehouse Pickers and Packers/Production Operatives
The role
We are looking for Dry Goods Pickers and Packers to strengthen our team in our large warehouse in Mepal. This is a fantastic opportunity, and will include basic tasks, such as:
· Working as directed by the warehouse manager and supervisors, you'll be responsible for processing the day's orders: accurately picking, checking, and packing them.
· Booking them on for dispatch and ensuring they are labelled and loaded correctly.
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working area.
· End of day cleaning.
. Working in our in-house production facility to manufacture goods for the Warehouse.
· Adhering to self and site-specific safety standards.
· Remaining motivated and willing to work in an environment that can have lots of repetitive work.

Now that you know what we’re looking for, here’s what’s in it for you:
Normal Full time working availability is 40 hrs 07.00 – 17.30 Mon to Thurs (with occasional additional weekly and weekend work on offer)
· An hourly rate starting from £11- £12.71 subject to experience
