Join our expanding team as a Community Support Worker (Bank) by the end of November 2026 and receive a £200 onboarding bonus payment!*

Job Title: Community Support Worker (Bank)
Location: Various across Norfolk and Suffolk
Contract Type: Bank/Casual basis
All shifts vary in length, suitable for those seeking flexible work supporting in the community
Pay Rate: From £15.129 per hour inclusive of rolled up holiday pay (Equal to £13.50 per hour excluding holiday pay)
Benefits:

About You:

As a Community Support Worker, you will be providing dedicated support to children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities, disorders, impairments and difficulties based within their family homes and out in the community.

You will need to be resilient, patient, and committed to providing high quality care, all whilst ensuring safeguarding is at the forefront of all decisions made.

As the role requires you to travel around the community, the post holder must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own car. The role will require you to complete sleep ins as and when required to ensure continuity of care.
