Job Summary:

Spartan Claims & Risk Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Chief Claims Officer to lead and enhance our claims management strategy across a growing portfolio of clients. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, improve customer outcomes, and shape the future direction of a high-performing claims organization.

What You'll Do:

Lead the overall claims strategy, operations, and performance across the organization
Develop and implement initiatives to improve claims efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Oversee complex and high-value claims matters while ensuring regulatory compliance
Manage, mentor, and develop senior claims leaders and operational teams
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, growth strategies, and risk management
Strengthen claims governance, policies, and best practices
Analyze claims trends, financial performance, and operational metrics to support business decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for innovation, technology adoption, and process optimization

Requirements:

Experience in claims management, insurance operations, risk management, or a related leadership environment
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Commercial awareness and strategic planning capabilities
Experience driving operational improvements and business performance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Professional qualifications or relevant industry experience are advantageous but not essential
