Role Overview

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be the voice our customers hear back from. You'll answer their comments, DMs and enquiries every day, and you'll write the social content, product copy and UGC briefs that bring our brand to life.

This role sits at the point where customer relationships and content meet. You'll build trust with collectors through fast, genuine engagement, spot opportunities for new content, and step in front of the camera to bring new products to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for our online community. Reply to comments, DMs and enquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor conversations across social platforms and other channels, and flag anything that needs wider input.
Build genuine relationships with collectors and enthusiasts. Make sure their feedback reaches the right people internally.

Content Creation and Copy

Write and schedule organic social content, including product launches, behind-the-scenes posts and community-focused content.
Spot content opportunities across product launches, trends and community activity.
Present new products and updates on camera for social and video content.
Provide lighter copy support across other channels when needed, including product descriptions, email and blog content.

Influencer and Affiliate Support

Brief affiliates and influencers on campaigns, and review their UGC and review-style content to keep it on-brand.
Work with influencers, affiliates and ambassadors to grow the community and extend our reach.

Collaboration

Work with the creative team to turn ideas into on-brand visuals and copy.
Share community insight and feedback with the wider marketing team to help shape future campaigns.
Support product launches and promotions with timely, engaging content.

Qualifications and Experience

At least 1-2 years' experience in a community management, social media or content role.
A strong writer, comfortable adapting tone across platforms and formats.
Experience responding to customers directly, ideally in a fast-paced online environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools.

Skills and Competencies

Excellent written communication. You can write clear, on-brand copy quickly.
A genuine interest in pop culture and collectibles.
Calm, professional and empathetic when handling customer queries.
Organised enough to juggle community replies, content deadlines and briefs at once.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback on creative work.
Confident on camera, comfortable presenting products and updates to our audience.
