Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of international exhibitions, cultural projects and cross-border collaboration programmes.
- Liaise with museums, galleries, cultural organisations, logistics providers, commercial partners and other project stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Coordinate project schedules, transportation, venue arrangements, installation planning, documentation and supplier management where required.
- Support project budgeting, procurement, supplier payments and financial reconciliation.
- Prepare project documentation, contracts, reports, risk assessments and operational records.
- Conduct research on international cultural collaboration, relevant regulations, industry developments and market opportunities.
- Support merchandise development, supplier coordination and other commercial activities associated with cultural projects.
- Assist with on-site project delivery and resolve operational issues to ensure successful execution.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Cultural Management, Arts Management, International Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years’ full-time experience in exhibition coordination, project management, event management, cultural programmes or international operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines and documentation.
- Professional written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with museums, galleries, cultural organisations, creative industries or international projects.
- Familiarity with exhibition delivery, cultural trade or international collaboration.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, logistics or commercial partnerships.
- Understanding of UK cultural and creative sectors.

Mandatory Right to Work
Candidates must hold unrestricted permanent right to work in the UK (British Citizen, Irish Citizen or holders of ILR/Settled Status).

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
