TEMPORARY Data Entry Clerk Required - Immediate Start Available

Please Note: This role is currently being offered for a minimum of 8 weeks.

Vetspeed Ltd - Based at our Head Office on Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire Border

Required to contribute to the smooth running of our Company who deal with the provision of pet cremations and specialist waste management services, you will be working as part of our Individual Cremations team. The successful candidate will be able to provide an efficient and accurate data entry function to satisfy the requirements of the role and ensure timely and accurate invoicing processes are followed.

This role would suit an individual who has previous experience of working in an office environment and has knowledge of database software and computer applications such as Excel and Word, although training will be provided for the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for helping the team with the following duties:

Data input of Company documentation
Updating of spreadsheets
Filing, archiving and copying of all necessary paperwork associated with data input

To become part of our small and friendly team you will have:

An eye for detail and accuracy
The ability to work alone or as part of a team with a flexible approach to duties undertaken
The ability to carry out instruction and meet deadlines
Be hard working and enthusiastic
Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language, both written and verbal
Basic computer and keyboard skills

This is a temporary part-time position working 30hrs per week - 6 Hours Per Day - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5pm
