This is a great opportunity to take on the next steps in your hospitality career and guide a dynamic Front of House team at Great Hallingbury Manor just outside of Bishops Stortford. Great Hallingbury Manor has been reimagined to offer a blend of modern luxury and timeless Tudor charm. Our recent refurbishment has introduced contemporary comfort and sophistication, featuring a vibrant new restaurant, a welcoming bar and lounge, and beautifully designed private dining and event spaces.

To be a successful part of our Front of House team as a Team Leader — working across Reception, Bar, and Restaurant — you will need to confidently handle a wide range of guest-facing duties. This includes welcoming guests and managing check‑ins and check‑outs at Reception, as well as taking orders, preparing drinks, and delivering table service in our Restaurant and Bar.

To thrive as a Front of House Team Leader you will bring :

A positive, can-do approach and genuine passion for delivering great customer service.
Confidence using systems, including tills, taking guest orders and completing check-ins and check-outs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in a hospitality Front of House setting, previous leadership experience is an advantage.
Ability to lead, inspire, train a team, helping maintain high standards whilst being fair and consistent.
A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
