In this role you will support customers throughout their home-buying journey by offering tailored mortgage and protection advice while building strong relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role
- Guide customers through the mortgage and protection process, offering tailored advice to meet their individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with Estate Agency teams, providing support and generating new business opportunities.
- Work towards performance goals in a results-driven environment while contributing to branch meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
This role is ideal if you:
- Have recently achieved your CeMAP qualification and are looking for your first advisor role.
- Are currently in a Trainee Mortgage Advisor role and looking for your next step.
- Hold a CeMAP qualification and are ready to put it into practice.
- Have a background in sales or customer service and want to build a career in Mortgage Services.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
