Job title: Commercial Agent

Location: Cambridge

Working hours: Full time (hybrid working)

BTG Eddisons are a leading firm of chartered surveyors, working in a fast moving and dynamic markets across the UK. Established in 1844 and operating from over thirty-five offices throughout the UK, our people deliver expert advice and a comprehensive range of professional services to property owners and occupiers, businesses, and financial institutions. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver highly effective and innovative solutions for our clients.

This role is within our Cambridge Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.

Role responsibilities:

Assist with presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.

Assist on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.

Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process

Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information

Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems

Hosting market events

Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities

About you

Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 1 years' experience

Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

Experience using CRM systems
