Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold high standards of service and quality, and foster a vibrant, welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive management professional passionate about hospitality and team development to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including sales growth, cost control, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
Monitor daily financial performance, including cash handling, inventory management, and expense control.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
