Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including sales growth, cost control, and quality assurance.

Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
Monitor daily financial performance, including cash handling, inventory management, and expense control.
