Fully Funded Professional Development

The Role
As a Trainee SEN Tutor, you will:
- Support learners on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Deliver engaging personalised learning programmes
- Build positive relationships with young people and families
- Support academic, social, emotional, and life-skill development
- Help learners improve confidence, attendance, and outcomes
- Work alongside experienced SEN professionals and mentors
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

We are looking for individuals who:
- Are passionate about making a difference in young people's lives
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are patient, resilient, and empathetic
- Have experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Are committed to professional development
- Share our belief that every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional conduct
- Willingness to undertake funded training and qualifications
