About the Role
Kokoro Performance is looking for a versatile, creative and highly organised Media & Content Executive to support our work in the motorsport industry.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can do a bit of everything across the media world: filming, photography, editing, social media management, planning, reporting and content delivery. You will be working across a wide range of motorsport environments, from fast-paced event settings to more structured office or client-facing situations.
The right person will be confident working with different types of people, including drivers, teams, clients, partners, suppliers and internal staff. You will need to be adaptable, calm under pressure and able to produce high-quality work in environments where things can change quickly.
This is a full-time contract role, with the potential to develop into full-time employment.

- Identifying strong content opportunities in real time during events, shoots and day-to-day activity
Editing & Post-Production:
You should be comfortable managing the editing process from start to finish, including:
- Editing short-form and long-form video content
- Editing still images for use across social media, websites, presentations and reports
- Using Adobe Creative Suite, including tools such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and/or After Effects
- Working with other editing platforms, apps and software where required
- Creating content that is polished, on-brand and suitable for different platforms
- Managing file organisation, backups and delivery of final assets
Social Media Management:
You will help manage and grow Kokoro Performance’s digital presence, including:
- Planning and scheduling social media content
- Writing captions and social copy in the correct tone of voice
- Managing day-to-day posting across relevant platforms
- Supporting social media strategy and campaign planning
- Monitoring trends, platform updates and content opportunities
- Engaging with audiences where appropriate

Strategy, Analytics & Reporting:
The role will also involve reviewing performance and using data to improve future content, including:
