Salary: £13–£14 per hour

Job Type: Part-time / Freelance

Location: Remote (Online)

Schedule: Flexible (Monday–Sunday)

We specialise in supporting international learners—particularly students based in China, Singapore, and Hong Kong—many of whom are learning English as a second language.

Our team includes experienced tutors, a dedicated admissions team, and professional learning consultants. We provide personalised learning plans and ongoing academic guidance tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals.

Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated ESL Tutors to join our growing online team. You will deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons to international students, helping them improve their language skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and deliver engaging online ESL lessons

● Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

● Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

● Prepare students for English proficiency exams where required (e.g. IELTS, Cambridge)

● Provide feedback and progress updates

Requirements

● Previous experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to teach students aged 5–16

● Reliable internet connection and suitable teaching setup

● TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent qualification (preferred)

● Degree in a relevant subject (preferred)
