Job Overview
The Green Group are currently seeking a highly organised Social Media & Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple social media platforms, content creation, creating e-shots, videos and administrative support. You will play a key role in building online presence while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Progression is also available for the right candidate.
Your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. You may also be required to work up to two Saturdays per month as part of your role, subject to the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications through our CRM system, email and telephone
- Monitor and manage multiple shared email inboxes
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Handle delivery notes and other operational administration
- Provide customers with delivery updates using vehicle tracking software
- Liaise with drivers, packing operatives and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Professionally resolve customer queries, complaints and service issues
- Support the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks
- Create and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications (e-shots)
- Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on marketing projects
- Maintain reports, databases and internal systems
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, customer service or office coordination
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/ Google Sheets etc.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident handling customer issues professionally
- Experience managing social media platforms is desirable
- Experience with content creation or email marketing is an advantage
- Basic experience or willingness to learn how to upload and edit website blog content using WordPress (Elementor) is desirable
The successful candidate must be available to start on Tuesday 7th July, following the current post-holder’s last working day on 6th July. You may be required to attend a short handover session prior to your start date to support onboarding and system setup.
