About The Role

We are now seeking a Primary Receptionist to join our team of staff. The successful candidate will be the front-facing representative of Ark Isaac Newton Academy. In this role you will provide reception cover as well as administrative support to the school including providing support to the Senior Leadership Team, staff, governors, students and parents. You will collaborate with the other members of the Primary office team to uphold the vision and ethos of the school at all times and provide excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders.

We are highly ambitious for our students and our staff are pivotal to our success. As part of the staff team, you will have the opportunity to work with great colleagues and develop your career through an outstanding professional development programme.

You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the network to develop excellent practice. In addition, we offer attractive remuneration, above the national pay scales as well as a range of benefits.

The successful candidate will:

have experience of liaising with students, staff members and external stakeholders
have experience of running effective reception support, ideally within a school environment
possess excellent administrative and organisational skills
be committed to Ark’s ethos of high expectations.
be passionate about working in a school and with young people

Isaac Newton Academy is a non-denominational, non-selective school, welcoming students of all backgrounds from the local community. We opened in 2012 with our inaugural cohort of 180 year 7 students.
