The Senior Enterprise Tools Engineer will be a key member of the Engineering organization, responsible for designing and developing integrations across the Enterprise Tools ecosystem to enable seamless data flow, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across the enterprise. This role blends REST API–based integrations, data engineering fundamentals, and AI automation to streamline information exchange and improve decision intelligence across platforms.
Crafting, build, and maintain REST API–based integrations across enterprise platforms to support unified data sharing and workflow automation
Architecting and implementation of middleware or service-layer solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Kafka, API Gateways) to support scalable, event-driven integrations
Developing data pipelines and integration patterns that enable GenAI solutions, predictive-analytics, and intelligent automation across the tool stack
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure data consistency, reliability, and accessibility across enterprise systems
Maintain high standards of security, performance, and observability in all integration solutions.
Work with LSEG Architecture group in defining potential technology solutions and ensuring adherence to architectural principles
Collaborate with business and functional leads to socialise technology projects and obtain cross functional approvals from Legal, Group Risk, Compliance, LCH Ltd/LCH SA
REST API & Integration Engineering
Integration patterns: synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, webhooks, retries, idempotency
API security (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways, mTLS)
One or more Middleware, Messaging and Service Layer Technologies like Dell Boomi, Kafka, Azure Integration Services, or similar
Experienced in AI and Data Foundations, with hands‑on integration of AI services, LLMs, and analytics platforms, and a strong background delivering GenAI/LLM‑led solutions.
Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Working knowledge of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence, Project management tools like Clarity or Planview and Service Now
Stakeholder Management, Reporting Frameworks
Proven experience software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Highly organised communicator with strong planning, stakeholder management and global collaboration experience, confident in challenging assumptions and engaging optimally at all organisational levels
