CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in London on a permanent basis.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

Work with landlords, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. • Arrange PPM’s as per the office PPM planner. • Request, review & submit quotations to the client for extra works & remedials. • Conduct floor walks to identify building deficiencies and areas of improvement. • Facilitate 3rd party invoicing process. Gather invoices from subcontractors, verify accuracy and submit to accounts payable. • Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders in alignment with KPI response times. • Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status. • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. • Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes.

What You’ll Need:

2-4 years of relevant job experience • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal English. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. • High attention to detail.
