HEYTEA Tea Barista (Full-Time)

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

About HEYTEA

HEYTEA is an internationally recognised premium tea brand, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently looking for reliable, energetic and customer-focused Tea Baristas to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Take customer orders and operate POS systems
Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock management and daily store operations
Support team members during busy trading periods
Follow all company operational procedures and policies

Requirements

Must have valid UK work authorisation (Share Code required)
Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts
Good communication skills in English
Previous experience in hospitality, café, bubble tea or food service is preferred
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
Able to commit to the role for at least 6 months
