We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can define product strategy, drive innovation, and lead the successful delivery of products that create measurable value for both customers and the business.

You won't simply be managing a backlog—you will shape the product vision, influence strategic decisions, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to bring impactful products to market. Your ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility will play a key role in our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Define and execute product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Roadmap Management: Prioritize product initiatives, features, and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, analytics, and business value.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Customer & Market Research: Gather customer insights, analyze user behavior, monitor competitors, and identify opportunities for innovation and product growth.

Product Delivery: Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting Agile development teams throughout the delivery process.

Performance Analysis: Track product KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and use data to continuously improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication: Present product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, including proven success managing digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software throughout the product lifecycle.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and successfully deliver complex product initiatives.

Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, product development processes, product roadmapping, and modern software development practices.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting customer feedback, product metrics, market research, and business data to make informed product decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mindset: A strategic thinker who is customer-focused, commercially aware, collaborative, and passionate about building products that solve meaningful problems while delivering measurable business value.

Pay: £75,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
