Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Man/woman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role requires the ability to perform various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. The Handy Man/woman will be responsible for addressing issues promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. must have own hand tools IE cordless drill, hammer drill etc, company vehicle will be provided for works use only.

Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repairs inside and outside of residential and commercial properties.
Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a building maintenance person or maintenance role with a strong knowledge base, IE roofing, tiling, plastering, painting, brick and block work.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Logical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems efficiently and develop effective solutions.
