We are looking for a confident, experienced Forest School practitioner to take ownership of our growing outdoor learning programme across multiple nursery settings.
This is more than just delivering sessions—this is a chance to lead, shape, and grow a high-quality Forest School provision within an ambitious and expanding organisation.
Working Pattern
- Core role: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- School holidays included
- Full-time hours available for the right candidate (across the week)
Ideal for someone wanting flexibility or a full-time leadership pathway.
Salary
£13.50 – £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Forest School sessions across three nursery settings
- Planning engaging, structured outdoor learning experiences
- Creating safe, inspiring outdoor environments
- Supporting children to build:
- Confidence
- Independence
- Emotional resilience
- Managing risk assessments and maintaining high safety standards
- Working closely with nursery teams and leadership
- Providing meaningful feedback to parents

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Forest School Qualification (or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid (valid)
- Safeguarding Level B (or equivalent)
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience leading outdoor or Forest School sessions
- Strong understanding of child development
- Confident working independently and leading groups
Desirable
- Experience in early years / nursery settings
- Passion for child wellbeing and outdoor education
