The Opportunity: Service Coordinator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Cannock

The Impact You Will Have

Champion and adhere to all Company Health & Safety standards, ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues, customers, and site visitors.
Support the Controller in delivering exceptional operational performance and exceeding customer expectations.
Process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations at every stage.
Coordinate work in progress, ensuring planned maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently in the field.
Foster a collaborative team culture and provide cover or support for colleagues when required.
Take ownership of issues, applying effective problem‑solving to drive timely resolutions.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Identify and maximise opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the regional line manager.

What Will Help You Excel in This Role

Experience working with or managing supply chain interactions.
Proven experience in customer invoice processing.
Ideal background in coordinating customer job management or service workflows.
Confident using Excel and core business systems.
Ideal Industry knowledge that enables you to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to quality management and issue resolution.
