Community Care Support Worker – Cannock £13.20 - £13.50 per hour + Paid Travel Time & Mileage

What Will I Be Doing?

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

Supporting clients with personal care
Assisting with medication
Preparing meals and drinks
Supporting clients to attend appointments and access the community
Providing companionship and emotional support
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Recording care notes using our digital care systems

Every visit you make has the potential to change someone's day. Whether you're helping someone get ready in the morning, preparing a meal, supporting them to attend an appointment or simply providing companionship, you'll be making a real difference to people's lives.

You will support a range of adults within the community, helping them to maintain their independence, achieve their personal goals and continue living safely in their own homes.

You will receive a full induction, shadowing programme and ongoing support from our experienced management team.
