Flecto are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our market presence within the Exhaust Category of Aftermarket car Parts business.

Experience within the Aftermarket Auto Industry is preferred, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will inspire teams and stakeholders alike, fueling our continued success in a competitive landscape. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our business through innovative sales strategies and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to increase revenue streams and market share
Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to target industries and client needs
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction
Track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for actionable insights
Collaborate across the company to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business avenues
Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior members and fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements

Proven experience in Aftermarket Auto Industry within B2B sales environments, demonstrating leadership capabilities
