Job Overview

Responsibilities

Use hand tools and power tools to assemble door components according to detailed specifications and diagrams
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring all products meet safety standards and company quality benchmarks
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions with precision
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety during the assembly process
Assist in inventory management by tracking parts used and reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly

Experience

Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is highly desirable, especially in assembly roles
Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical instructions and schematics
Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, etc., for precise assembly tasks
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in an industrial setting
Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures including inventory handling and safety practices
Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent manual dexterity to ensure high-quality work output
