Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Singing Teacher to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong vocal background and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring students of all ages and skill levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to foster musical growth in a supportive environment, helping students develop their vocal techniques and confidence. The Singing Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to 4-18 year olds.

Duties
- Plan and deliver customised singing lessons that cater to the individual abilities and goals of each student.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their vocal techniques and performance skills.
- Create a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages students to explore their musical potential.
- Preoare students for performances, showcases and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of lesson progress and attendance.
- Organise group sessions or workshops to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay informed about current teaching methods and vocal health practices to ensure safe and effective instruction.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes confidence, creativity, and enjoyment of singing.
- Work as part of a growing team, contributing ideas and progression opportunities.
- Assist teachers in drama and dance classes as required
Experience
- Proven experience as a Singing Teacher or vocal coach, with demonstrable success in developing student talent.
- Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
- A recognised qualification in music or vocal performance is preferred but not essential if accompanied by substantial practical experience.
- Passionate about music education with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students effectively.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£20.00 per hour
