Job Overview

Join our dynamic dental team as a Full Time Dental Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for a positive patient experience. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help create a friendly environment that encourages patient trust and loyalty. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a caring team dedicated to delivering exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with efficiency and accuracy
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting insurance information and updating records
Handle incoming calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organised patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely patient care

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or dental setting is highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with patients and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Proficiency in dental practice management software, office applications, and basic computer skills
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence
