Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist Westwood Cross

You’ll be joining us at our brand new dental practice in Westwood Cross, Broadstairs Retail Park, CT10 2QW.

The practice will be opening on the 9th November, so you will be working from the Margate practice initially until the new site opens.

As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be full time, Monday-Friday , plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

The practice offers

New state-of-the-art 11 surgery practice
Easily accessible by public transport and there are bus stops situated on the main road outside the Retail Park, with regular local buses serving the surrounding area. Ramsgate Train station is just over a mile away from the practice.
Ample free parking on site available.

What you'll be doing

Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Support patients through their treatment journey
Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers

About you

Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
Confidence using all social platforms
Great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
