Scaffolding Contract Manager

Location: Isle of Sheppey/ Kent
Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus Structure (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scaffolding Contract Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the construction industry, preferably scaffolding, and will be responsible for managing contracts, developing new business opportunities, organising labour and resources, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work independently while contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Securing new contracts and developing business opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Managing scaffolding projects from enquiry through to completion.
Organising labour, materials, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Conducting site visits and liaising with site managers, contractors, and clients.
Preparing quotations and contract documentation.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintaining accurate records and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements

Proven experience within the construction industry, preferably in scaffolding.
Previous contract management or project management experience.
Strong business development skills with the ability to secure new contracts.
Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
