Little Crafts London is a fast-growing e-commerce homeware brand with over 100,000 customers. We specialise in home organisation, refillable dispensers, pantry storage and kitchen accessories.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Digital Marketing & Influencer Partnerships Executive to start in August 2026 and help manage our day-to-day marketing activity and support the continued growth of the brand.
Please note: This is an office-based role and applicants must be able to commute to our office in Manston, Kent. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our social media content calendar
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Source, recruit and manage influencers and content creators
- Coordinate gifting campaigns and partnerships
- Plan, create and schedule email (Klaviyo) campaigns and automated flows
- Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor marketing performance and provide reports
- Respond to social media enquiries and messages when required
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal sales campaigns including Black Friday, Christmas, January Sale and new product launches.
- Monitor competitor activity, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and opportunities within the homeware and organisation market
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with website content updates and product launches
- Coordinate content creation and product photography projects
- Manage customer review and user-generated content initiatives
- Produce regular marketing performance reports
- Support affiliate, partnership and brand collaboration opportunities
- Undertake other marketing activities reasonably required to support the growth of the business
- Support the training and onboarding of future marketing team members as the department grows
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media or influencer marketing
- Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or Shopify is beneficial

- Previous experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing or social media management
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
- Must be able to commute to our office in Manston, Kent
Desirable
- Experience within an e-commerce business
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience using Google Ads
- Experience with Shopify
- Canva or basic content editing experience
- Experience working with influencers or content creators
