Link-Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Contract Setting Out Engineer to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in Essex, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out and verifying site works in accordance with project specifications and drawings. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of construction activities, supporting the site team to maintain high standards and adherence to schedules. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings effectively. The role offers a competitive package, reflecting the importance of the position within the project and company.

Experience as a Site/Setting Out Engineer within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant qualifications such as a HNC/HND in Construction or a related field are desirable.
