Full job description

The Lincoln Tea & Coffee Company is a family-run business committed to providing outstanding products with exceptional customer service.

21 hours per week | Office based | £25,350–£29,250 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for 21 hours per week, depending on experience.

Working hours: The successful candidate will ideally work Monday, Wednesday & Friday, with flexibility to provide cover on Tuesdays and Thursdays when required.

We are looking for an organised and reliable Accounts & Office Administrator to become an important part of our small team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will help keep our office running smoothly by supporting our accounts and administration processes. Full training will be provided, although experience with Xero or similar accounting software would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Enter supplier invoices into Xero.
Match invoices with delivery notes.
Maintain and organise supplier records and statements.
Maintain traceability records.
Prepare supplier paperwork ready for payment approval.
Send customer statements and follow credit control procedures.
Answer telephone calls and deal with customer and supplier enquiries.
Place supply orders when required.
General office administration and filing.

We are Looking for Someone Who Is:

Organised and accurate.
Friendly and professional.
Comfortable working independently.
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office.
Able to manage their own workload.
Previous administration or accounts experience is preferred.
