Hours will be offered on an Ad Hoc basis when cover is needed?

About You?

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and help our residents at our Supported Living scheme remain living independently for longer? The successful candidate will bring the following to the role:?

An enthusiastic and compassionate individual with experience of working with people experiencing mental health challenges or vulnerabilities?
Confidence in establishing and developing strong links with community agencies, voluntary organisations, and mental health services to support positive outcomes?
Comfortable with lone working and able to use initiative to make informed and person-centred decisions?
A commitment to delivering a high-quality service to service users, partners and internal colleagues?
Ability to contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health support servicesPositive, adaptable, and open to change, with a willingness to contribute to a culture of learning, reflection and improvement?
Ability to design and facilitate opportunities that promote engagement, recovery, and reduce social isolation?
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively?

Please note this is a bank position with no guaranteed hours. Shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis to cover annual leave, sickness and other service requirements, and available hours may be limited.?
