About iungo Solutions
iungo Solutions is a leading provider of accredited technology training, helping UK businesses unlock their full potential. Through our core pillars of Apprenticeships, Vendor Certifications and NanoAwards™, we co-design and deliver bespoke, industry-led learning programmes that drive productivity and capability.
We are proud to partner with ambitious organisations, from innovative tech firms to major enterprises like BBI Solutions, KLA, Admiral Plc, and various public sector organisations including local health boards and local authorities. We specialise in connecting businesses with impactful, tailored training in advanced technologies, project management, and sustainability, often leveraging our expertise in accessing government-funded learning initiatives.
As we expand our reach, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Graduate Marketing Executive to build our brand and fuel our B2B sales pipeline.
The Role: Your Mission
As our Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be the engine for our B2B growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy that builds the iungo Solutions brand, communicates our unique value, and—most importantly—generates a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for our sales team.
This is a hands-on role perfect for a 'full-stack' marketer who can move seamlessly from high-level campaign planning to writing compelling copy and analysing performance data. Your mission is to position iungo as the UK's go-to partner for businesses looking to solve their technology and productivity skills gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage integrated B2B lead generation campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, PPC, Email, Webinars) designed to attract and capture interest from our target enterprise and public sector accounts.
- Content Marketing: Create compelling, expert-led content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, funding guides) that speaks directly to the pain points of HR, L&D, and Technology leaders.
- Product Marketing: Translate our complex offerings—including accredited courses, bespoke programmes, and government-funded initiatives (like Skills Bootcamps)—into clear, persuasive, and benefits-driven messaging.
- Email & Automation: Own our marketing automation platform. Build and manage nurture sequences, deliver our email marketing calendar, and ensure a seamless flow of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to the sales team.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work in lock-step with the Head of Sales. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with sales targets, provide the team with high-quality collateral, and co-develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Website & SEO: Manage and optimise the company website (CMS) for lead conversion. Drive our SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for key industry terms.
- Brand & Social Media: Act as a brand guardian, managing our professional social media channels (especially LinkedIn) to build an engaged community and establish iungo as a thought leader.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on all key marketing metrics (CPL, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) and use data to continually optimise campaign spend and performance.
What We're Looking ForEssential Experience & Skills:
- Proven B2B Marketing: A demonstrable track record of success in a hands-on B2B marketing role, ideally within a services-based company.
- Lead Generation: You live and breathe lead generation. You have proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events) that delivered a measurable ROI.
- Content Creation: An excellent writer and communicator. You have a talent for turning complex technical subjects (like digital skills or sustainability) into engaging and persuasive content.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on proficiency with a modern marketing stack: CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce), marketing automation, Google Analytics, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads.
Highly Desirable:
- Funding Knowledge: An understanding of the UK skills funding landscape (e.g., Skills Bootcamps, Apprenticeship Levy) is a significant advantage and will be a key part of your messaging.
- Public Sector Marketing: Experience marketing to public sector bodies (e.g., NHS, Local Government) in addition to corporate clients.
Personal Attributes:
- Data-Driven & Commercial: You are motivated by results, understand your metrics, and are focused on fueling the sales pipeline.
- A Creative Problem-Solver: You are full of ideas and can think outside the box to cut through the noise.
- Organised & Proactive: You are a self-starter with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
