Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our fantastic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services while providing outstanding customer service. Our ideal candidate is not only skilled in hair styling but also possesses strong communication skills and a knack for upselling services to enhance the client experience.

We are a well established hair and beauty salon in the heart of Rhiwbina Village. We specialise in all colour services. Coco is a very busy salon with a superb team.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use.
Greet clients warmly at the front desk, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their development.
Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences, contributing to overall salon success.

Skills

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair cutting and styling techniques, also a wide experience in colouring
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management.
Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Excellent upselling skills with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction through tailored recommendations.
