Assistant Manager – Kiwis Bar & Nightclub

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive Kiwis forward.

Kiwis is a busy, family‑owned bar and nightclub established in 1986. We’re known for our lively party atmosphere, with DJ nights, karaoke, and private functions at the heart of what we do. As part of our team, you’ll deliver friendly, professional service and help maintain the high standards our customers love.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager with the financial aspects of bar operations, including budgeting and staffing.
Managing shifts and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running of the venue.
Delivering exceptional customer service and leading your team to do the same.
Motivating, developing, and supporting staff to improve performance.
Adapting to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with a positive, open‑minded approach.
Taking full responsibility for the business in the GM’s absence.
Compiling stock reports and assisting with stock control.
Managing and updating our social media presence.
Working weekends, bank holidays, and major events.
45–50 hours per week.
