Reporting to the Senior Treasury Analyst, the Treasury Administrator will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Treasury. The role will help ensure records, documentation, reporting, and governance activities are kept up to date and completed accurately.
The successful candidate will support key treasury processes, gain insight into balance sheet and liquidity management, and work closely with experienced colleagues across the business.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a finance, banking, or administrative support role.
- Demonstrable attention to detail —
- Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate minutes and correspondence.
- High degree of personal diligence and conscientiousness; this role handles high-value financial information and requires someone who takes their responsibilities seriously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable working with structured financial data and maintaining version-controlled documents.
- Demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance and Committee Support
- Attend and take accurate, verbatim-quality minutes at treasury-related meetings including ALCO and any relevant sub-committees or working groups, distributing approved minutes within agreed timescales.
- Maintain and update the treasury action log, tracking items to completion and escalating overdue actions to the Senior Treasury Analyst
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of treasury committee packs, ensuring papers are collated, formatted correctly, and circulated in accordance with governance timetables
Limits Monitoring and Reporting
- Perform daily and periodic reviews of treasury limits (liquidity, counterparty, interest rate, and other applicable limits) against approved frameworks, identifying and escalating any breaches or near-misses.
- Maintain the limits monitoring log with complete accuracy, ensuring no entries are omitted or incorrectly recorded, and produce regular summary reports for review by the Senior Treasury Analyst.
- Support the preparation of standard treasury management information and regulatory reporting data as directed, understanding that the integrity of this data has direct regulatory significance.
Documentation and Records Management
- Maintain and organise treasury document libraries — including policies, procedures, trade confirmations, term sheets, and counterparty agreements — ensuring version control, completeness, and audit-readiness at all times.
- Periodically review documentation against current templates, identifying any discrepancies, missing information, or expired documents, and raise these with the Senior Treasury Analyst
- Support updates to the Treasury Policy Framework and associated procedural documents as instructed, treating every document as if it may be reviewed by a regulator.
General Treasury Administration
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance) and external counterparties on routine administrative matters as directed, representing the Treasury function professionally and accurately.
- Maintain treasury-related registers and trackers (e.g. EUDA register, counterparty register, deal logs), ensuring data integrity is preserved at every update.
- Assist with any other treasury administration tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Treasury Analyst or Head of Treasury.
